Although we got it a little early, my daughter is 1.5 yrs and it is meant for 3 yr but still works good us since my daughter is tall.
Before buying it, I was debating spending this much money on it when I could get much cheaper ones at Walmart or any other store but the quality of it makes it totally worth it. I have heard people using it until their kids are 8 or 10 yrs. So if you are going to use something for a couple of years then why not invest in a good quality one?
